At exceptionally affordable rates we produce higher quality results. With us, you don’t have to pay hundreds of dollars for one premium photo retouch – we service a wide range of customers, from professional models and commercial advertisers to families who are looking to optimize precious memories. We will spend any amount of time and meticulous care to restore and enhance your photo until you’re satisfied. Instead of focusing on the manufacturing elements that drive up the overall costs, such as scanning and printing, we center our diligent attention to specialize on the trade’s artistry and customer service.

2. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the results?

Our customers' satisfaction is the most important at Picture Perfections.

That is why, after we’ve sent you a quote and received your approval to work on your order we just go ahead and complete the service request with no payment up front. A watermarked version of the final image will be emailed for your approval upon completion of the order. The non-watermarked photo will be emailed to you upon payment.

3. I’m ready to ship my photo to you. What does shipping cost?

Picture Perfections works with digital images only, and all printed photos will need to be scanned to a digital format prior to ordering any editing services. When placing an order, you will upload your image file to us (along with a description of desired services).

4. How do I scan my photograph?

There are two basic ways to go about this. More and more people own personal scanners, often because it is an easy and affordable way to make copies of photos and/or print from home. If you have access to a personal scanner, it will create that digital image file and can be found on the corresponding computer. These days, many folks enjoy sharing scanned photos via emails, which work most efficiently at smaller file sizes (because the data can be more easily transferred.) However, you will be uploading your image to be re-worked, often times, pixel by pixel. Therefore, it is important that file sizes are not reduced so that we can get more detailed with your enhancements/image manipulation and you can have a clear, sharp image.

5.  I don’t have access to a personal scanner.  Where can I get my image scanned?

(To scan a physical, photograph is to create a digital, computer file version of your photograph.)

A. You can take your photograph into a print shop (Kinkos) or photo-developing lab. Bring along a digital memory card/CDR/DVD and they will transfer the file onto that. When you get home, just slip that card/CDR/DVD into your computer and your files will transfer over. The printers and lab technicians will likely scan it for you on the spot.

B. Most chain drugstores have photo kiosks that have scanning capabilities. If you can’t email yourself the scanned file from that kiosk, bring along a digital memory card/CDR/DVD and put it into the machine. The image file will transfer onto that format. When you get home, just slip that card/CDR/DVD into your computer and transfer your files over.

C. There are places you can order online to which you can ship slides, negatives, and photos.

6. How long will it take to complete my order?

The time it will take to complete your order will not only depend on the severity of retouch or restoration requested, but also how many photos are in your order and how many other orders we are servicing at that time. In general the whole process will take about 1 week. If you need your order rushed, contact Picture Perfections at:
