Picture Perfections will not assume the right to reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works and/or distribute our customers'  image, text, or comments without written permission from the customer.

Further, by submitting an order, the customer certifies and confirms that he/she has the Copyrights to the picture, image, or text. That is, under U.S. Copyright Law, the right to reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works and/or distribute the original image or text, as well as authorize others to perform any of the above. The customer assumes all liability in this manner. Any images or text with a copyright notice on it, must be accompanied by written permission of the copyright owner.
